Thank you for shopping at The Amorette Boutique! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status).
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items being returned must have the original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. 
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the refund request to qualify for a full refund.
How to Return:
  1. Contact Us: Email us at theamoretteboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order receipt.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • We will email you after refund has been processed to confirm.

      Non-Returnable Items:

      • Please note that sale items, beauty, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Split Package Orders

      • The return window of any items in a split package order will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.  

        Damaged or Incorrect Items:

        • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at theamoretteboutique@gmail.com for a resolution.
